Final Exam (if held in class): Dec. 16, 8-11 am

 

Grading: Final 50 % Project and Homework 50%

 

Topics: Lyapunov stability; exact solutions to PDEs; boundary control of parabolic PDEs (reaction-advection-diffusion and other equations); boundary observer design; boundary control of hyperbolic PDEs (wave equations) and beam equations; control of first-order hyperbolic PDEs and delay equations.
