Title: Controllability of a Korteweg-de Vries equation on a critical domain

Abstract: In this talk we are interested in the boundary controllability of the Korteweg-de Vries (KdV) equation. We consider some critical domains for which the linearized KdV equation around the origin is not controllable. We prove that the nonlinearity gives us the controllability for the nonlinear equation in a time large enough. This is a joint work with E. Crépeau (U. de Versailles).
